Well...I can't believe I actually managed to get this done on time!! Whew!! I won't tell you when I decided to take part in this contest. Then to try to figure out how to post it so you could see some of it. Can you believe I was actually wishing I was a video maker? Only for a second though! lol There's no way I could take pictures of ALL of the pages...I would have lost you all for sure! So here is my very first Slideshow! This is my entry for Julie's contest over at The Scraps of My Life by Julie. Apparently the winner is the one with the most votes (voting starts tomorrow). There's more info on my Journal under the Slideshow. I hope you enjoy! You can find Julie's blog HERE if you feel inclined to vote for me :o)
This is an actual working journal to keep track of all my sewing projects! It's so loaded up with pages! I just couldn't have you all falling asleep during my first Slideshow though, could I? lol It's filled with pockets and tags and all kinds of goodness and I had so much fun putting it together. I used two paper collections: Material Girl by Cosmo Cricket and the Crafty Stack by DCWV. I had been hoarding both of them for a while for a project just like this. I was going to use a swivel clasp for the charm, but instead I used a chain of safety pins and loaded it with snaps and scissor charms and beads and such. Please let me know if you have any questions! :o)
